Upper East Side Pied-à-Terre
Refined design in a modest footprint: period architecture meticulously replicated, modern systems invisibly absorbed.
Moldings were reproduced to match the original detailing, while concealed audio and custom fittings were integrated without compromising the traditional aesthetic.
Furnishings are intentionally sculptural and sparse, combining iconic vintage and modern pieces. Chalky white walls and brass accents brighten the entertaining rooms; sleeping areas stay calm and tonal.
A landscaped terrace extends the living area, offering a tranquil outdoor room that complements the interior.
