SoHo Condominium
A downtown loft that takes SoHo’s raw urban character and turns it into a warm, lived-in sanctuary.
The clients wanted a home that felt modern yet personal: a canvas for their life and their art.
Materials are layered to echo the building’s industrial heritage while grounding the space: oak floors, matte plaster, steel accents. Curved furnishings soften the loft’s geometry, and a sculptural kitchen island anchors the open plan.
Oversized windows flood the space with daylight, complemented by layered lighting that shifts from workday brightness to evening ambiance. Books, ceramics, and art add personality without clutter.
