This project began in mid-September with a clear goal: to create a thoughtfully curated home using in-stock, quick-ship furnishings—without sacrificing elegance or design integrity. Working within a carefully maintained budget, I sourced key pieces from Ligne Roset, Design Within Reach, Blu Dot, Arhaus, AllModern, and others, blending designer-level craftsmanship with accessible timelines. The displayed pieces have been secured and are part of the end result. We expect full installation complete by mid-November, 2025.
Throughout the process, I provided detailed 3D renders for each room, allowing the client to visualize the evolving design and confidently approve selections as we refined the direction. Despite the accelerated pace, the project retained a cohesive, refined aesthetic that reflects both functionality and sophistication.
With strategic negotiation and insider access to designer sales, we achieved average savings of nearly 40% off retail, keeping the project comfortably within budget while exceeding expectations in quality and style.
