Return & Intellectual Property Policy

At Mazen Designs Co., LLC, all sales of both goods and services are final.

All furniture, décor, textiles, lighting, and other purchased items are considered custom or made-to-order and therefore not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Any defects or damages caused in transit will be addressed directly with the manufacturer or shipping provider, in accordance with their policies.

Interior design services—including but not limited to consultations, design direction, space planning, renderings, and sourcing—are non-refundable once rendered.
Fees paid for design services are compensation for time, expertise, and creative work, and cannot be returned.

Any design advice, concepts, sketches, renderings, mood boards, or other creative materials shared prior to the signing of a design agreement remain the sole property of Mazen Designs Co., LLC.
These materials are provided strictly for evaluation purposes and may not be reproduced, distributed, or implemented without express written permission.
Any infringement, unauthorized use, or misappropriation of Mazen Designs’ intellectual property may be met with legal assistance to protect the rights of the firm.

By proceeding with consultation and/or purchasing goods or services through Mazen Designs Co., LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
