This West Village townhome is a masterclass in making every inch count. With tight spatial parameters, Mazen Designs transformed the narrow layout into a refined, livable environment—anchored by standout Roche Bobois pieces.

In the main living space, the iconic Bubble sofa makes a sculptural statement. Its rounded form adds softness and texture, acting as both focal point and functional comfort. Elsewhere, a custom Mah Jong sofa set introduces modular flexibility, bold color, and low-slung elegance—perfectly suited for the home's limited vertical space and multifunctional needs.

Natural light, layered textures, and a restrained palette keep the interiors feeling open and serene. Clever spatial planning allows each room to flow effortlessly, despite the home’s tight proportions.

The result: a compact Manhattan gem that feels elevated, expressive, and deeply personal—proof that great design doesn’t require grand square footage, just thoughtful vision.
