This downtown loft captures Soho’s raw urban character and transforms it into a warm, lived-in sanctuary. Clients wanted a home that felt modern yet personal, a canvas for their life and art.

Mazen layered materials—oak floors, matte plaster, steel accents—to echo industrial heritage while grounding the space. Curved furnishings soften the loft’s geometry, and a sculptural kitchen island anchors the open layout.

Natural light floods in through oversized windows, complemented by layered lighting that shifts from workday brightness to evening ambiance. Thoughtfully curated objects—books, ceramics, art—add personality without clutter.

The result is a refined, soulful loft: urban and modern, yet deeply intimate—a true Soho retreat.
